If you were trying to download the Berry Mint Chocolate Textures Kit please try again. I have changed the links and they seem to be working now. I don't know why 4shared disabled those links???

Sometimes 4shared blocks downloads because of what they are named. Go to the spot where you get the link and there's a place to rename your file. Copy the new link. No need to re-upload. I forget and upload a file named stripes which has the word strip in it so I rename it strype and it gets through okay. Hope that helps.
